Role Summary 
The Program Director oversees planning, coordination, and successful delivery of the Grow2Live Youth Gardening Program. This role ensures each session is well-organized, youth-centered, and aligned with Hope Road’s mission.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee weekly program sessions

• Coordinate volunteers and program logistics

• Manage program supplies and budget tracking

• Serve as primary point of contact during sessions

• Report program updates and outcomes to leadership

• Individuals with youth program, education, or nonprofit experience

• Strong organizers and communicators

• Passion for youth development and community work

Seasonal (Spring–Summer), Wednesdays & Saturdays + planning time
