WHO THE INTERNSHIP IS FOR

The Hope Road Internship Program is ideal for:

• College students seeking internship or capstone credit

• High school seniors exploring career pathways

• Graduate students seeking community-based experience

• Individuals pursuing careers in:

  • Nonprofit management

  • Social work

  • Education

  • Public health

  • Community development

  • Communications or administration

 

Internships are unpaid and designed to provide academic, professional, and service-based value.

Available Internship Focus Areas

Internships may be tailored to align with academic requirements and student interests.

 

🌱 Program & Youth Development Intern

• Support youth programming and weekly sessions

• Assist with activities, engagement, and logistics

• Observe and participate in positive youth development practices

 

🌿 Garden & Environmental Learning Intern

• Support garden maintenance and youth gardening activities

• Assist with planting, harvesting, and education

• Learn about food access and sustainability

 

🗂 Nonprofit Administration & Operations Intern

• Assist with registration, data entry, and documentation

• Support scheduling and internal coordination

• Learn nonprofit systems and operations

 

📣 Communications & Outreach Intern

• Support social media and community outreach

• Assist with content creation and storytelling

• Help document programs and impact

LEARNING & EXPERIENCE PROVIDED
